Housing sales in Las Vegas continue to climb as resale inventory falls, according to a new report by the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors as reported in the Las Vegas Review-Journal
Close to 3,200 homes sold in March, up 42.1 percent from the prior month and over 14 percent above the same month last year. Prices ticked up .8 percent from February and are up 10 percent from the year before.
All while inventory is down almost 24 percent from March, 2016.
